How much money should I expect to make? 

If you have a small website you could be earning earning $1000 - 3000 a month.  High traffic websites can earn $5000 or more a month. Several affiliates earn 5 or 6 figures on a monthly basis.. 

Are these programs free to join? 

All of the programs listed on this website are free. We never recommend you join an affiliate program if they charge a set-up fee. Programs should be in the business of making money from your sales, not from recruiting you.

How often am I paid? 

This will depend on the program. Most pay on a monthly basis, with some paying every 2 weeks. Occasionally you'll get paid on a quarterly basis. You should review the terms of the affiliate program prior to signing up.

Are taxes removed from my commissions?

Do I have to be from the USA?

No, you can sign up for any of these programs from anywhere around the world. Some of the affiliate programs have prohibited countries due to past fraud. Take a look at the program in question to view if this list applies to you.

Do I need to be incorporated? Do I need any other type of business license?

No you don't. You can have the payments made out to your personal name.
